Conduct a Mock Due Diligence Stress Test

Perform an incisive internal quality audit simulating an adversarial buyer's legal and financial due diligence team. Evaluate document completeness, searchability, cross-referencing integrity, and the strength of supporting evidence behind key valuation claims.

Objective

Conducting a rigorous mock due diligence exposes vulnerabilities and inconsistent narratives before an external counterparty can exploit them. This stress-testing maximises deal leverage by enabling proactive remediation of balance sheet or legal weaknesses.

What's expected from the founder

The founder must produce a detailed Due Diligence Readiness Assessment report detailing identified narrative gaps, inconsistent evidence, and calculated risk scores per workstream. A prioritised remediation plan with assigned ownership and target resolution dates must be finalised.
