Audit Hypothesis Rigour and Evidence

Critically evaluate the strength of evidence supporting the pricing hypotheses, identifying unvalidated assumptions and logical vulnerabilities. Stress-test the proposed model against low conversion, price resistance, and margin compression scenarios.

Objective

Auditing evidence quality exposes critical flaws in pricing logic before exposing hypotheses to live prospective customers. It maximises venture success by ensuring that market testing is backed by sound economic fundamentals and realistic assumptions.

What's expected from the founder

The founder must deliver a completed Pricing Quality and Risk Audit detailing the confidence rating for each pricing assumption, identified failure modes, and mitigation strategies. The audit must explicitly highlight high-risk, low-evidence assumptions that require immediate live testing.
